UNIFORM LIST - EPCHS
All students in years 7, 8 & 9
Skirt: EPCHS tartan kilt or pinafore dress. Skirt/dress length should be below the knee.
Trousers: Dark grey tailored school trousers in a traditional style.
Blouse: Plain, pale blue. Button to neck.
Shirt: Plain pale blue.
Tie: Compulsory.
Jumper: Grey, V-neck, jumper or cardigan (not with zips) (optional). Sweatshirts or track-suit tops/hoodies may not be worn.
Socks: Plain white or grey socks, black or grey tights.
Shoes: Navy, black or brown plain, sensible, flat shoes must be strong and suitable for school. Shoes must be polishable. Boots are not suitable for school.
Blazers: All students in years 7, 8 and 9 must have a navy blazer with the school badge.
All students in years 10 & 11
Skirt: Navy tailored skirt, or pinafore dress, of a suitable style for school. Skirt length should be below the knee. If the skirt has a split; the split must be below the knee. Denim skirts are not appropriate.
Trousers: Navy school trousers in a traditional style.
Blouse: Plain, pale blue open neck blouse. If the shirt is a button up shirt, a tie must be worn.
Shirt: Plain pale blue
Jumper: Navy, V-neck, jumper or cardigan (not with zips) (optional). Sweatshirts or tracksuit tops/ hoodies may not be worn.
Socks: Plain white or black if worn with trousers or navy if worn with a skirt, black or navy tights.
Tie: Ties are compulsory if the shirt is not an open neck blouse.
Shoes: Navy or black sensible, flat shoes, and must be strong and suitable for school. Shoes must be polishable. Boots are not suitable for school.
Blazers: All students in years 10 and 11 must have a navy blazer with the school Badge.

Outdoor Coat: Large enough to be worn over a blazer, waterproof and warm. Any dark colour is suitable. It should be as plain as possible without slogans or logos. Tracksuit tops, hooded or light fashion jackets are not suitable and are not allowed to be worn for school. Denim or leather coats are not allowed and expensive coats are not advised.
Coats are not to be worn in the school building. They can be carried or put in the student’s bag or locker.
Scarves: These are not part of school uniform and if worn to and from school, they must be in bags or lockers during the day.
School bags
School bags must be large enough to carry everything required for the school day. Students MUST have a BACK PACK eg. it should be robust and large enough to hold an A4 folder and large textbooks without damage.
PE Kit for All
School sector standard polo shirt with emblem or school sector T-shirt with emblem;
School shorts/ skort with emblem;
Long navy socks for outdoors sports;
White sports socks for indoor sports;
Long navy football socks for football and rugby lessons:
Trainers (non-marking, not fashion shoes such as Converse or Vans);
Football boots;
Shin pads;
Gum shield;
Optional – During the winter months students should layer up eg. A plain long-sleeved top, long sleeve mid layer, blue fleece with school badge, school tracksuit bottoms with emblem or school navy leggings;
Plain navy hats and gloves are also allowed – dependent on the activity.
