Click & Collect from shop – You will receive an email to confirm that your order is ready for collection. Due to Covid-19 our shop is strictly no entry, please ring the bell on the front door and a member of staff will greet you. Please make sure that you have your 5 digit order number with you. Without this number you will not be able to collect your order. Social distancing rules will be followed.
YOU MUST BRING / QUOTE YOUR INVOICE NUMBER TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER.
Delivery to home address – You will receive an email to confirm your order has been dispatched, we are using local delivery drivers so cannot offer tracking information. Once dispatched delivery will be within 3 - 5 days.
Delivery to school – Not all schools are accepting deliveries, please confirm this with the school before placing your order. Please see weekly delivery days below. Due to Covid-19 we may be able to deliver to schools during the summer, this is at the schools discretion.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER AN EXCHANGE SERVICE simply reorder and pay for the correct product via the website. Once we are in receipt of the returned item(s) a refund will be processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for a refund to be issued.
We are happy for customers to return garments if the following conditions are met:
- The garments are returned as new and in the same state as they were received within 30 days of purchase (unless faulty)
- The garments must be unworn (unless faulty)
- The garments must be unwashed (unless faulty)
- The garments must be returned in their original packaging (unless faulty)
- No name tape must have been applied to the garments (unless faulty)
We are unable to accept returns for garments that have been personalised with a name unless the garment is faulty.
For items sent incorrectly against your order, please return the item(s) to us stating the reason for the return then re-order and pay for the correct product via the website. Once we are in receipt of the returned item(s) a refund will be processed.
All worn items returned for inspection must be washed and in clean condition. Items returned as faulty within 3 months of purchase will be inspected and if considered to be faulty due to a manufacturer fault will be replaced like-for-like or refunded at the purchase price. Items over 3 months old will be dealt with at the discretion of Uniformity Clothing.
