School Uniform:

At Weaverham Academy we expect children to wear the following:

1. White school blouse/shirt
2. School tie 
3. Navy school jumper
4. White/black/grey socks (black/grey tights in winter)
5. Charcoal grey trousers or shorts
6. Tartan skirt
7. Dark navy gingham summer dress (summer term & first half of autumn term)

Black school shoes (trainers/boots can be worn outdoors).

As the weather improves, usually after May half-term, pupils can wear a Dark navy gingham Summer dress and shorts and a shirt, without the tie.

PE Kit:

• White T-shirt
• Black shorts
• Pumps/trainers
• Black jogging bottoms
• Black leggings
• Black Zip up jacket

PE kits should be worn on PE days. Your class teacher will give details on the Class Page.

For Reception pupils, we ask families to support their children to practise dressing and undressing as independently as possible before they start school.

Long hair should be tied back and hairstyles should be sensible and appropriate for school. If children wear nail varnish at the weekend, please remove it for school. Makeup is not permitted.
